Safeworks Diagnostics – Refund Policy & Terms
All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered, including completed tests, collected samples, missed appointments, or same-day cancellations. Refunds may be issued only for duplicate payments, Safeworks booking errors, or if a test cannot be performed due to our limitations, subject to review and approval.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party laboratories, specimen issues, or regulatory requirements do not qualify for automatic refunds.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations may incur charges.
Clients must provide accurate information, follow instructions, and arrive on time. Safeworks is not liable for external delays or third-party decisions. By booking, you agree to these terms.
